After initially reaching out to a State Farm agency near my home, I wasn’t impressed with the communication I received and decided to ask for recommendations for a different agency. I’m so glad I did. Chris was incredibly thorough in reviewing the policies the other office had written for me. He pointed out gaps in coverage and made relevant suggestions—none of which felt like unnecessary upselling. He truly took his time with me—more than I’ve ever spent with any agent. Do yourself a favor: don’t rely on an online insurance company. Talk to someone like Chris who actually knows what they’re doing and can save you a huge amount of stress if you ever need to use your policy. I’m really glad someone recommended him to me.
